You can transfer (port) an existing telephone number (such as your current fax number) to use with this service, if it is from the above list of cities. Porting a number is subject to Local Number Portability restrictions and is not guaranteed to be available for all numbers. A $17 charge applies per port attempt, whether successful or unsuccessful.
