- Clear the TP-Link to Factory State (hold small reset button on the back down for 30 seconds)
- Login to the modem's configuration page at http://192.168.1.1
- Select the Quick Start tab, then click on Run Wizard
- Click Next
- Choose the Time Zone and click Next
- Choose Bridge Mode and click Next
- Set fields as follows:
    VPI: 0
    VCI: 35
    Connection Type: 1483 Bridged IP LLC
- Click Next then Next again

- After closing the wizard, on the main menu, click on "Interface Setup"
- Click on LAN
- Click on the "Disabled" button in the DHCP section and press Save
