- Clear the TP-Link to Factory State (hold small reset button on the back down for 30 seconds)
- Login to the modem's configuration page at http://192.168.1.1
- Select the Quick Start tab, then click on Run Wizard
- Click Next
- Choose the Time Zone and click Next
- Choose PPPoE/PPPoA and click Next
- Enter your PPPoE login and password, and the set the remaining fields as follows:
    VPI: 0
    VCI: 35
    Connection Type: LLC
- Click Next then Next again
