- Clear the TP-Link to Factory State (hold small reset button on the back down for 30 seconds)
- Login to the modem's configuration page at http://192.168.1.1
- Click on Quick Setup on the left
- Enter 0 for VPI and 35 for VCI, click Next
- Choose Bridging and  set Encapsulation Mode to "LLC/SNAP-BRIDGING, click Next
- Click Next and Next again
- Uncheck "Enable Wireless" and click Next
- Click on Save/Reboot
