1. In Outlook Express 6, click on Tools, then Accounts
2. Click on Mail, then choose your account and click on Properties
3. Click on the Servers tab. You will see a screen similar to the below:
   
   Make the changes to the outgoing server only, to match the picture. Use your PPPoE login for the username/password.
4. Click OK on the Outgoing Mail Server dialog box and go to the Advanced tab.
5. You will see a screen similar to the below:
   
   Make the changes for the outgoing server only, to match the above picture.
