1. In Outlook 2003, click on Tools, then E-mail Accounts
2. You will see a screen similar to the below:
   
   Choose "View or change existing e-mail accounts" and press next
3. Choose your existing account and press Change
4. You will see a screen similar to the below:
   
   Make the change to the Outgoing e-mail server (SMTP) only, to match the above, then click More Settings
5. Click on the Outgoing Server tab. You will see a screen similar to the below:
   
   Enter your PPPoE login for the username/password.
6. Click on the Advanced tab. You will see a screen similar to the below:
   
   Make the changes for the outgoing server only, to match the above picture.
